I'm 5'8' tall 38 to 40 chest. Would this fit? Is it a tight 38?

Hey there,
Sorry for the delay. I'm about 5ft 9 and I take a 38" chest. It isn't tight and it leaves a bit of room. I would say it would probably fit you. If you're a 38-40 then it may fit you how an officer tunic should fit.
