So how was the game, site, money's worth etc
Hope you had a blast?
As games go Saturday was alright ( Boy was it wet)
Game kicked off at 12ish, then broke for lunch about 2 ish, not quite sure what time play ended on saturday, but i left about 4.30.
Gosh did mention to me that the site was not big enough without the woods being in play for one of his epic games and I would have to agree, but staurday was enjoyable ( if not a bit short on game play)
Always have a blast with the WWII crew (shame I had to leave sat evening)

Great game... FIBUA fighting was intense especially on the sunday. Best action i saw was in the back gardens and the alley.
Rain didnt matter, just added to the atmosphere.
Pyro excellent, Artillery was ace!
Thanks to everyone for making it a great wkend...well done Josh!!
two words!! Fu--ing Brill!
Street fighting and house to house on Sunday was awesome and non-stop from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic!
Can't rate it highly enough.
Also sleeping quarters were great really; hot water, toilet, central heating. Even found some beds with matresses!
Games were well structured and I haven't got any complaints!
Met some great blokes and had a right laugh; cheers for the frags and smokes Paul. I got plenty of kills as a result.
Good to meet you JV and Pete and all. Hope you're feeling alright pete! See you all again for some 'Nam!.

What an absolutely blindin' weekend. Bloody fantastic job by Josh there. Gameplay was better on the sunday for me though, the house to house fighting really kept us on our toes. The German snipers were up to their usual standards, damned acurate and hard to pinpoint. Big thanks to Nigel for the endless cooking that he did, had some great laughs waiting in the queues for food. Some real dodgy jokes though. Cheers to Ratty & Dan of the French resistance for their help and warning us about ambushes and the like. Nice cake served up by the 47 Commando's Officer during the street fighting as well, what a decent chap you are. Finaly thanks to everybody that took part, I had a great time and am lookin forward to fighting along side & against you all at the next installment. Great work Josh, keep em coming.

Hi Guys,
Fantastic weekend chaps, the aches have almost all gone now ...
The site was good, with the street and house to house fighting hard and furious, the medic and bandaging rules worked well I thought, the artillary, mortars and the Pak worked really well, was a nice touch to have the howitzer pyro scream before the bang as this meant you knew what was landing near you
The only down to the site was the lack of a big enough room for us all to eat and socialise in (while staying dry)
Hi all, finally back in the office and sorting out next year. It was a privilege yet again to organise and run this instalment of the D-Day campaign. After a nightmare starting Friday and finishing sat morning with no set up time we finally kicked off in pouring rain ‘on time’. A huge thanks to my GMA lads for making it all come together, really missed Abi on the desk though…admin…its not my strong point.
One thing that always fills me with pride is the way 120 guys can pull a cracking game out of the worst weather I have seen for a long time! Great team work and camaraderie from both sides!!
We realised that the NOT 400acre site which was actually only 40 acres, couldn’t sustain a 6 hour battle as planned (a few promises not realised for Gunman;() so instead we ran set scenario’s with objectives which worked a dream. The last one finished at 5.40 with an allied victory and the town now in their hands.
Sunday was a counter attack and retrieval by the Germans, three of Goring’s valuable pieces of artwork where hidden by the defending Germans the day before and they needed to be retrieved and put on a truck for Berlin. A battle like nothing I have ever seen took place, with some of the most heroic Airsoft I’ve ever witnessed being fought on both sides. The clearing of a building by the Pak has to go up there with one of the funniest and genius actions I’ve seen too…bravo. With bandages and then medics running out for the allies the Artwork finally fell into German hands but the town remained in Allied hands.
So who won…they all did! Lol
The site!
Ups: Great facilities, awesome complex and atmosphere from the tap.
Downs: too small with out the woodland and Too bloody expensive for what you get!! I could have got Copehill for the same money!
To the GMA lads, A Fine Mess and the Skirmish boys Dave and Alex I salute you all for helping Gunman produce some great times. To all those that booked on and came, thank you for supporting Gunman, for these events can’t happen without your support.

You did a cracking job Josh and I felt the Sunday scenario was awesome, totally non-stop action!
As far as money goes, I couldn't give a turd how much it cost...
Don't get me wrong, I am certainly not flush at the mo, but I havn't had so much fun playing airsoft in the 10 years I've been playing and as a result thought it was worth every penny. Bloody brilliant.
Thanks Josh, it was great.
