Helmet tubing question

Just a quick question, how would i go about doing this bike wheel, inner tube, round the helmet thingy?
and can someone also explain the breadbag strap helmet system thing please??

Cut a long strip of bike inner tube, measure it up round your helmet and cut it slightly longer so there's an overlap to glue the ends together. Glue the overlapping ends with rubber cement so the band is slightly smaller than the helmet diameter. Let the glue dry then stretch it over the helmet and check it fits. :good:

If you can find a car or truck tube even better, no need to cut and glue.

how about if i found a smaller kids bike wheel and stole the inner tube from that?
