Places are non refundable but can be exchanged between people as per usual.
Age limitation: under 18s, please contact us so we can check with the site operator before you book on.

UPDATE: After discussion on another thread we are asking that people be booked on and paid by the beginning of August. This is just to be open and honest with both players and the site organiser that the event will take place. We have a contingency plan for numbers so we will address this closer to the date. Thanks for your help with trying to make my first event a good one for both you,and your fellow players.
