Hello and welcome,
as Steiner says, lots of good advice in the kit guides abut Heer impressions (and other ones too!)

hi and welcome
basic heer is a great start(you can move on to African ninja SS panzer paratroops later)and will be useful in nearly every game , dont feel you need every thing perfect before the first game, plenty of people are willing to loan kit and even guns on the basis that you bend it you mend it and its an expensive hobby as it is.
