Out of interest, what sort of reenactment group are you in? We have quite a few individual reenactors who really enjoy themselves in WWII airsoft - admittedly, some refuse to try, which is a shame - they don't know what they're missing. ![]()

As you say, AFRA membership is fine to cover the purchasing of RIFs. Funnily enough, I'm just in the process of buying a bit of kit from one of your members.
Have a look at our upcoming events and see if anything takes your fancy. There is a Wehrmacht training day at the end of may, where we will be going through fieldcraft, and using period Geman squad tactics using airsoft weapons. Also, you'll find some people are happy to lend weapons to newcomers so they can give it a try.
