Hi all,
I have joined this forum as I am in the process of putting together a late WWII German Wehrmacht uniform. My family comes from Berlin (although my German is rather rusty lol) and my Grandfather was in the Wehrmacht. I want to put this together in honour of my Grandfather (he went missing in Stalingrad and only recently has my mother received an official notice from the German government that he died there). So Opa, this is for you
I am primarily into airsoft rather than reenactment and so I am happy to make authenticity compromises, the beginning, as I put this together
I hope I can make contributions to this forum, rather than just take ![]()
Hello and welcome to the forums!
There are some really useful kit guides on the homepage and don't be afraid to ask questions.
Hopefully see you at a game soon!
Regards,

Get to a game if you can that is the most important thing. We are a friendly lot and there is a wealth of knowledge on the forum so don`t be afraid to ask.

Hello and welcome.
Plenty of advice and friendly folk on this forum.
I saw that you are looking for a pea dot which tends to be an SS-uniform. You might want to start with a generic Wehrmacht uniform.

Welcome to the forums!
There's plenty of useful information on the forums, if you ever need a question answering or information on something, just ask on the relevant section, there's plenty off knowledgeable people on here who are more than happy to help.
Hope you enjoy your stay, I'll see you at a game some time
I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.

All I can say is welcome but I can not give you any advice as I only do American loadouts (except for the last stand in may) just to prove I'm not aways good.
See you at a game sometime
Peter

Hello and welocme, hope to see you at a game soon. No need to get your kit stitch perfect, people are often willing to lend stuff out.
As Lutz says, starting with a generic field grey uniform is the most versatile approach. You can add fancy camo stuff later.
Cheers
Martin
