Hi Theodore, welcome to the forum and merry christmas yourself! ![]()
You can submit pictures in two ways. Either attaching them to your post ("post a reply", scroll down, then go to "upload attachment") or if they are already on the internet you can put them in a post using the whole url inbetween
Any problems, PM Chomley-Warner, he's the brains (hahahahaha
) behind the forum!

Welcome Theodore. Photos look good, nice scenery too.
All the best with getting things started in Greece. I'm sure you'll be most welcome if you decide to make a trip to visit us.
By the way is there any chance you could take the capital letters off when you type? It makes it hard to read, and represents shouting on the internet.
Yes, all hell would break loose if you tried bringing airsoft guns through customs! However, don't let that put you off - there are plenty of people with spare guns to lend you.
As regards when, I guess choose a game later in the year when it is announced.

Actually, as long as you make proper preparations bringing your airsoft guns into the UK it isn't a problem at all. The Customs guys are very helpful but you MUST do this all well in advance, and the right paperwork MUST be in place with HMC&R and the airline. Without this you can expect horrendous problems - not just for you but for official agencies and fellow travellers.
If you can't be bothered with sending an email/letter to the Customs chap then as Steiner says renting or borrowing here is an option.

I'd just typed out a similar response then found out you'd beaten me to it
oh well at least I know I'm not the only saddo who can stay off the forum for one day even if it is Christmas ![]()

FYI, having considered taking mine up to Scotland a couple of years ago, some airlines will not take airsoft guns. (I think that was BA and Ryanair.)

BA are fine with legal 'firearm' carriage into and within the UK - by no means an unusual activity but there are procedures that must be followed.
http://www.britishairways.com/travel/bagsport/public/en_gb
All firearms (including replica and decommissioned) and ammunition are restricted under UK law and you must notify us at least 72 hours before you travel to ensure compliance with UK government (or other local government) embargoes and restrictions....
Firearms will be accepted provided they are packed in an appropriate carriage case, or if this is not possible, packed securely inside a suitcase....
If possible the firearm should be dismantled...
Toy or replica guns (plastic or metal) are classed as 'dangerous goods' and obviously can't be carried as normal luggage but real firearms are OK as long as paperwork is completed - so it might be worth trying to get kit booked in as if they were real firearms and the letter from HMC&R would no doubt help here.
Another alternative is just to send airsoft guns by carrier ahead of the game.

That's what I did - and it was probably cheaper than paying the exorbitant luggage fees that airlines charge.

Nice pics, I particularily like the one of the soldier in the river with the sun setting above him. He looks like he's just contemplating shooting his supper ![]()
