Ive always been into ww2 history since a kid but now finaly getting into ww2 airsoft. I have already bought a few weapons but now need the kit.
Now it would appear i have BOB fever so i want a 101st loadout. And SOF seemed the 1st point of call with there easy to pick 101st jump suit and £70 webbing kit appealing but have heard its a bit naff and not coloured correctly which is what i was worried about anyways. But they mainly appeared to me as they came in ready made sets as i have no idea what i need to buy seperetly.

But the guns i bought are the newly released Marushin M1 carbine GBB(30rnd)
And a Tanaka P08 luger heavy weight with wood grips which i think is just sexy, I didnt want to go for the simple 1911 so i figured i would go under the gise that i took it off jerry. Like in BOB but i shall try not to shoot myself with it.

But where is the best place to buy my 101st kit? I cant afford expensive kit as i spend all my money on new guns lol. But i was looking at around £200.

Hi 1st Shooter, welcome to the forum.

If you have a look at the thread here, you'll find loads of info to help you on your quest for a Hundred-and-Worst loadout :)

Welcome to the strange strange world of CiA's forum and also the wonderful world of WW2 airsofting (and no money... unless you plan to win the lottery).

Welcome - we need more allies.

We got Soldier of Fortune airborne gear and are perfectly happy with it.

Regarding the colour issue, whilst I'm no expert, I'm not aware that we stand out as being markedly of different colour to anyone else.

See the picture below - we're the two in the foreground, and note that there are various different shades going on, but all roughly the same.

I know Webby had one (possibly two) of their belts break as the metal they use isnt very good.

The UK webbing i had (aquired second hand but originally by them) was the wrong shade & materiel and the belt clips were on backwards!

Welcome to the mad house

As to US airbourne kit, if you're after uniform try spearhead militaria on ebay, http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Spearhead-Mili ... idZ2QQtZkm they have some reasonable priced jackets/trousers.

Welcome 1st shooter, you should pm Webby, he's trying to organise a US airsoft team, glad to have aboard, like the man said we certainly need more allies here.

Nice one. Unfortunately, I won't have a chance to get one now before the 'freedom bonfire'...
