Welcome to the forum Marsha!
Get yourself to a game soon (no need to wait until you get complete kit).

Heh, we've had a glut of Airborne recently, which is great.

101st/82nd any old Airborne unit is great, as is the Thompson.

Whatever kit you've got get yourself to a game. Airsoft is fully inclusive and you don't need to have full kit to take part.

Welcome Marsha. You are lucky living in the midlands - a lot of games will be easily within reasonable travelling distances. Next scheduled game (not an official CiA one) is on the south coast, July 5-6th. (See Operation Haggard forum section.) Next official CiA game is Operation Husky, which will be in north Wales, end of August.

As has been said already, we aim to be an inclusive group, so "counts as" kit and guns are fine. On the other hand, if you want to strive for ever-increasing kit accuracy, there are plenty of people who can give you good advice - you only need to ask. :)

Welcome Marsha 8) from a female that also rides though not at the moment as I'm lacking funds to replace my last bike a Z750. Not into starwars sadly (like the films but leave it there), but I do reenact (female roles) and I'm assuming its a combat role in that you've been turned away from ? The nice thing about airsofting is it doesn't matter a jot whether your male/female/green or sky blue pink with yellow dots on, as Anne will agree, we try to give the chaps a run for their money at games anyways ;)

Do hope you like camping out in the wilds cos the social side of the CiA events are just as much fun as the games, and its always good to have female company as there are so few of us that are into the WWII side of airsofting.

Oh and I do German, so Yahhh another target  ;)

Yes love the outdoors, am just starting to inflict it on my kids we have a family WWII thing going on in our house  and our eldest has been on the back of the bike to a small rally 8) . I'm one of those annoying people that when your out in the sticks and its all very horrible, that I love it (am sure some of the lads will state how annoying my overexuberance was last year at the Churchills Revenge game  ).

Hopefully I'm going to the Husky game, so if thats the game you've booked into, all being well next paid day, so will I and I'll see you there
