Hi chaps

A good recce today and Tony and Chris were really enthusiastic about hosting a game on 15th October which was great.

The site really suits an Italian scenario and we were thinking something along the lines of the Allied advance to Rome. For example based around The Gustav Line

Obviously this needs a little more research, but the wooded terrain could work well and it would tie-in with the October date.

Close Action have a game on October 16th (Running from 11am/Midday - dusk or later. Sunset it at 7pm and it's a full moon that night) and they would be happy for us to have our game on the 15th with an overnight social on the Saturday. An Italian scenario would allow multi-Allied forces and many types of German forces, as well as a Partisan element which might encourage some of Close Action's regulars to give it a go too.

Notionally Tony and Chris were happy with a £20 fee per player meaning we could run with a £30 fee, which would be great value.

It's a peach , it's mortar tastic , pyro camping no problems and Tony's signed a year contract so it's secure.
The long day 15th Oct needs confirming with the site owner this week, but it's looks a go er .

And it's new so no one else has been there first .

Have you got an email for Tony . Registered on their forum but it's a bag of shite, can't post or PM :slap:

We could do with some Partisans from their regualars ! .
