Right I am going to book tonight does anybody know if I just paypal £30 to the address on the booking thread or is there fees as well?
Gonna need some help with my German load out I normally go brit airborne .
Weapons are ok mp40, m14,thompson, wood vsr ,1911.
What I want is the cheapest cammo top I can find and some head wear of some sort .
Thinking along the lines of non ss so I could use it in non ss games but beggers can't be choosers, my favorite is tan and water anybody know the best place for this I am 6'3 slim build so at least a large would be required.
I have dms boots, brit putties and I expect I will be able to get away with some grey green trousers I have.
Any advice welcome .

DGF,

if you need German loadout kit - ask over in the A-PGSD (Axis - Private Game-Specific Discussion) thread, once paid you'll have access to that? Other wise David will sort it out.

There are a few members with some additional kit - just ask, if folks have what you need - they'll post up.

Personal terms and conditions apply on - you break/replace etc

Del

Welcome aboard, DGF. :good: I would also recommend borrowing at this late stage - it will also save you making any snap decisions on kit, only to find you've changed your mind later on.

I do have Fallschirmjäger kit to lend, but someone else (at the moment) has first dibs on it - although he hasn't got long to decide if he can make it or not. (Also, not sure it would fit you - I'm about 5'11".)

Ok this is looking good thanks for input so far .
I had to borrow for my first brit airborne game till I got my own kit .
I did wear my east German gear and 58 pattern webbing to my first ww2 event that was last December you may remember i was the worst dressed German, not doing that again.
I have been looking at the links from the forum for kit and so far www.militariaonline.com seems cheapest they have splinter tops for £32 or tan and water sniper smocks for £40 might go for one of these as my local sight becomes a snipers paradise in winter (matlock F&O) I have played against bollogs wearing one .
As for the rest of my load out I have a s10 gas mag bag that does not look too modern and will carry my 8 MP40 mags as well as piros no problem ,also got two leather pouches that will take my water and anything else.
Cheers chaps look forward to some war .

no one on this forum would critise you about kit. it's been said so many times CIA is about having fun. We all aspire to look good, but playing is what its all about. :good:

Hi, I can lend you my splinter zelt and a wierd Czech leather flare pistol shoulder bag that would fit a pistol and ammo etc. I also have a set of german gaitors you can use

TBH I think a belt around the zelt, a cap and some trousers looks pretty good from a short distance?
