hi any questions ask here , and I will add our FAQ as well , this will change over time as I get asked more questions and remember stuff i should have added lol
0.5) Why is this up so early - August is a main holiday time for a lot and the reason a lot organisers hate to run games in it, but this is the only date we could get the site for a full weekend, so we wanted to give everyone as much notice as we could and hope they won't be going on Holiday 
also with money being tight it gives some a chance to ease the pain to spread the cost of it over time.
1) Will the Allied HQ be parked on a hill again - NO (well i hope not lol)
2) Will this game use our mission system or a more structured game - As it stands both we hope to run the saturday as our standard mission style with maybe a few fixed ones , but sunday will be a bit more structured depending on how saturdays results go etc
3) Money is tight Can i send payment over time - Yes , but a space is not saved until the deposit amount of £25 is paid, but you can send amounts to the paypal the34th@btinternet.com , but please also email me or pm me on here so i know, and i will message back to confirm we have had payment, also if you wish to pay the full amount either straight away or over time that is fine as well.
4) Are you really sure the Allied Hq won't be up that hill - Pretty sure , though the map on the saturday may not be the same on the sunday
5) Do we have to camp i sort of like travel lodges etc - I hear you 
no you don't need to camp you can book into a travel lodge etc and stay for the social side then head back to comfort 
, the gate on site will be closed at a certain time though so be aware of this.
6) Will there be a lunch break either day - No food can be taken to your in game hq or carried and eat when its safe for your squad/ zug
7) I have a 500 fps sniper rifle, can i use it - No sorry we dont allow any weapons to be above 360 fps
8 ) Face masks can i wear one - Yes though we not a fan of them - its your face so yes we allow them but none with big punisher skulls etc - but please try to make them as discreet as you can there are many options now
9) I don't really like playing as a squad i like to Lone wolf it , can i book - BIG NO this is a squad based game if you cant do that then don't book as we would hate to have to eject anyone
10) Will there be any food or catering on site - Maybe we won't know till closer to the time
11) Will there be Airsoft supplies for sale - Yes both mornings and maybe friday night there will be a chance to stock up on pyros / bbs / gas etc
12) Will there be any loan kit as i dont quite have all of it yet - Yes we have a few sets for both sides we can loan out and there are players that may lend some kit out as well on a if you damage it you replace it method

What pyro can we use at this site? More specific would be smoke as I have some orange smoke grenades, cheers, Tony

Yep known brand, they are bouyant signal smokes used for sea and land purposes. Rescue services use them.

dont have final times but suspect it willbe about 2-3pm you can get on site from and again not sure on gate closure yet but should be ok while it still light lol
Just out of interest, do the medics need to be appropriately uniformed with red cross badges?

This hasn't anything to do with the game but I'm trying to figure out if I would make it intime before the gate gets locked on friday how long does it take you boys to get to eversley when you play?
If I can get a roug time I could add on the time from where I am starting from.
Its a long haul as im coming straight from work in bloody Dorchester which is about a 2 hour drive from eversley but I know I can come up through oxford & coventry which will help.
Im starting off at about 3 oclock & I know it will be tight but I hope I don't get stuck in to much traffic.
That reminds me I must pray every night this week that might help.lol

well i think its more light than a gate would be against you lool i think its normally around 2 hours ish for us from there but as i am always a passenger i tend to take no notice lol
long as it still light and you can get tent up that would be great , not sure we have much sign ins etc friday night as once i get my star wars bolt action goign will be tied up lol
should have a proper list of times and plan up later or tomorrow morning
just trying to get my job list under 999 lol

I usually reckon on around three and half hours down to Eversley from up here, and it is about an hour and a half down to Stormforce, so two hours is about right. The A34 around Oxford will be slow northbound on a Friday afternoon, but you should be OK after that.
