Great. Thanks Webby. By the way, what made you think of doing a Medics loadout?

Fair enough! Wouldn't happen to know where I can get the leather strap that goes over the peak of the M1 helmet and rivets in to the liner. Mine was missing from the M1C I bought from Cost a Fortune (Surprise surprise) looked to see whether I could buy one from them but it wasn't on their online store...any other ideas?

not usually, the rivetts should be bound into the liner of the helmet

Mmmm probably, it is SoF after all! But I'm sure I saw a kit which included the rivets somewhere, because I remember it having instructions about drilling the holes in the liner for the rivets or something! Anyway I'll just wait for them to get back to me about it.
Has anyone fitted their own leather chinstrap on to a liner before? Advice?

He tells me now! haha Yeah I know, it's ok though, think I've got a replacement off e-company.
Then it'll be good as new. Also going to the Woodvale Rally tomorrow with Oddball and his tank & jeep. Should be fun and I know they've got a couple of militaria stores woooo.

Late entry! Matt Keilty - biguk (Us Airborne). Are you ok for the photo shoot? Trying to get a good sized squad present.
