We gave a cut-off date of the end of July so that we could make a decision on whether to pull the event or not. Hunter bookings haven't flooded in so we won't be able to run an 'escape and evade' event as planned since this requires a ratio of 3:1 hunters to evaders to make it work. However, we are looking at modifying the plans so that we can run the same sort of scenario but with a more 'normal' balance of players. Guy is working on this at the moment and will post up as soon as possible. This will then give you all the option - either cancelling the event and rescheduling for next year when we can try again with the original concept OR go ahead with a modified event as planned in September. Of course, no reason why we can't do both but in any case the decision will be yours.

OK folks, lack of bookings is making it likely that we'll have to cancel this.

If you intend to participate in this event as either Allied or Axis, you need to book. If you can't commit to booking yet, please do post here so we can at least gauge interest.
