I can't make it now chaps, something important has come up that's unavoidable. The wife is gutted as well, she was hoping to make a big dent in the 60 or so bottles of wine! Very sorry it's so last minute, I'll make a donation to the Blue Cross as some sort of consolation.

Tell me about it. I've spent a fair bit of time and money on rebadging my battledress jacket for it and the missus had made herself a 40's frock as well. Not to mention the loss of drinking time! Can't be helped though, unfortunately.
