Grange in Balsall Common ? They have another site just north of Brum as well....plus Cqb in central Brum....though that may be a little difficult as need to arrive in civvies given location. Haven't checked what they are running on 12th/13th mind.

That's rather fortunate.

If I'm free I'll come along. RIFT, MAW, Stormforce are all fine, MAW does have buildings.

Not interested in CQB, certainly not at an open day , I value my teeth and eyes too much.

Sounds like RIFT, is becoming a consensus though.

Cheers
Martin

sorted then :D il decide on kit closer to the event, a nice broad cross section of loadouts is bound to attract some attention from the multicam masses

Agree with this. The more factions we can get the merrier. I'll probably go Soviet or Japanese depending on what everyone else is planning.

I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.

Umm, I've not been to an Open Day for years. Do we need to book in or anything beforehand?

It differs between sites really. It looks like you need to book on to the RIFT but I'll double check.

I'm tempted to go Brit Infantry for this, with a Bren or Thompson and fully badged up in Essex Regiment colours. I haven't worn plain battledress in a long time.

Ralph

Seconded, the more variety on show, the more attention we'll get (for better or worse!).

I've already sent the owner a message on the book of face. He said he'll open booking 10 days before the event and add our names to his booking list.

Could everyone just confirm if they are happy to attend on the 13th and I'll add you to 'ze list'. Please give full names :good:

Regards,

Ralph
