If there is an event I'll be game! Last year didn't go as planned so I want to get back into it and make up for it.
Zander was a good event that only suffered from poor numbers.
I had hoped that with word-of-mouth and it's coverage for the UK's leading Airsoft magazine the next event, Op Hangman, would have overcome the numbers issue.
It's a shame.
There's still time, I'm up for this, if it goes ahead.

I run the organisers Diary for the Year and have addressed him directly behind the scenes asking for an update or the date will be made available for another group to put an event on.

The problem with poor numbers can be down to lack of communication. Our group normally posts up details 6 months in advance outlining the event then its a steady build up of details week by week upto the event itself.
If you don`t put details up in advance people vote with their feet and arrange other things hence poor numbers, we are all busy people.

I completely agree, the fact it was organised mostly through Facebook probably didn't help

No use what so ever as most oldies on here don`t have or don`t want to have facebook. The whole point of this forum kindly administered by Mr Chomley Warner as it is the focus of WW2 Airsoft nationwide. There is a huge following on here and by bagging a date and then posting details about the game is slightly dissapointing. I will try and contact the organiser once more but if there is no response I will remove him from the diary to allow another Forum game organiser to put on an event.
