looks like you had a good time and the feed back is very positive. We welcome more diverse events and more organisers, you were very brave at putting on such a event.
Never a truer word Plan 6 months in advance, we have been doing that as a group for the last 4 events and they have always been sold out. People who turn up and play sometimes don`t understand the monumental effort put in by organisers.
Our group is looking to put on another event next year but sites are the thing to get hold of which have not been played to death. This location IMHO ticks several boxes. If you wanted to join forces and get something off the ground it may be possible so drop me a PM if interested even if only to bounce ideas around.
Well done

The ammo store the above photo were very interesting in the game play,a long corridor that was not straight, 3 doors and several windows, there was a dozen of them dotted about the game area, from ww2 no doubt.
One was enveloped in undergrowth and was about 40 ft from the afgahnistan training compound(hut with walled compound about 40x50ft) that had a purpose built loop hole in the breeze block wall at the rear, the loop hole was overlooking the doorway in the ww2 bunker/ammo store and i had several duels trying protect the compound from attackers in the bunker, very atmospheric having a site with history.
Obviously i got the * grenaded out of me in the end, there was lots of blind spots trying to protect the compound,we had to have 4 inside to say we held it in the game rules,so that only left 2 outside the wall.
Beats the * out of the glass fibre fake crap structures at the normal site i play at.

Well done guys. Sorry I missed it. I will keep alert for the next one
Rich

While flicking back through this, reminds me of how nice the ablutions were too, the cleanest and best I've ever sat in on a skirmish site!
