I have KD trousers coming from sanjay.. I hope they turn up in time

I'll wear a denny, but under that I'll be in Kd's rather than wool... if its hot I'll get rid of the denny

.....but we're just going to look shite and ultra wrong if everyone is in a totally different dress order.

I agree but it seems to me that there's going to be a wide variety of different looks.

For the sake of uniformity we shall be in denison, blancoed webbing and wool trousers as normal. Just like Devonshire. So at least three of us will look like a unit lol.

We'll put some unblancoed webbing in the car to use for a photo shoot if that will help though (but note we only have wool trousers).

If the weather's good enough, I'll have denims to wear, otherwise, I'll be in Denison, wool trousers, and beret.

My webbing will be blanco'ed, as frankly, i'm not boiling and scrubbing the damn stuff, just to put it all back on again!

Hear hear!

I have KD battledress trousers on the way from WPG just 'cos I like them. Are they okay for Husky?

KD with unblanco'd webbing is the uniform of choice for Husky - everything else is fine...

well as long as were all wearing denisons we will still look uniformed theres not much to see of your trousers once you have the denison on and your gaiters.

Yith - from what I have seen shorts were much more prevalent. I opted for trousers for practical and well as modesty reasons. It's your call (in fact I think you might be our secret weapon - you running towards the enemy in your shorts should have them racing towards Messina without a shot being fired!) but would shorts and a Denison looks silly?

Yeah, I do think shorts and a denison may look silly... but then shorts in general can look silly even without the denny.

I'll probably bring both and see what the weather and ground condition is like. Got to remember that even though my shorts were cheap (£10) they are original and I'd rather they weren't completely trashed!

DT - distress the hessian strips before you thread them through the netting. Only a suggestion as I've also seen pictures with guys that did it just like you.
