The PBI training day that was planned for Feb 7th will be rescheduled for one of the following two dates:
- Saturday 7th March 2009
- Saturday 14th March 2009
This is so that we have the training before the Op Lightning event... for obvious reasons.
The location and all other details of the event remain the same as before.
For the original date we had the names listed at the end of this post, this is of course open to other members of PBI who couldn't make the original date!
Please let me know if you can attend one, both or neither of these days by posting on this thread. Then when we've got enough answers we'll make a decision as to which date to pick. Please post ASAP so we can get this sorted straight away!
Please note, I'm not interested in which you prefer, I need to know which you can do. Already it is clear that we're going to have to make a choice which will mean some people can't make it and we really want to ensure that as many members can get to the event as possible. This may sound nasty, but that's not intentional.

No, because I'm working that saturday. I do however have the 15th off, as I have a weeks' leave starting that day. I work a "one on, one off" system for weekends and our working week starts on a sunday.

Hi, I would prefer the 7th but I will need to check with the boss what might be on that weekend and I am away now for a week.

7th would be the preferred date for me, but like some others - I could attend on the 14th also.

Hi Guys
We have confirmed booking for the training day for March 7th.
Dress state and itinery remain the same.
We do now however have access to the club house for toliets, hot and cold water and power... so that should speed up tea breaks and cooking lunch (also means the lazy can decant pot noodles into mess tins if they wish!)
While I'd love to have all cooking 40s style and in the field, id rather we were training than scoffing so priority iss for gaming skills at this one rather than living history!
