And my comment that it is *madness* to rule out the use of great site (actuially TWO great sites) because of personal grievances with individuals still stands.

So we'll not ever use it again because not everyone in the world gets on?

Wasn't it at Phoenix where you held Arnhem?

We thought it was an excellent site.

Look guys, I can see with and understand BOTH view points, What about a third? Hire the site and run the event that way. But it means you have to staff the event. First Aiders, Marshalls etc, just have 1 phoenix employee in the shop, that way you have almost total controll

BUT, their are quite a few other great sites that we have'nt used yet.

Hire the site with no other staff apart form one or two 'overseers' present, not amazingly like that which we did at arnhem.

Something just occured to me, has the gaming area been fennced off from the main part of the site that had all the units being rented out to businesses?

If not, we should stay well clear. It is only a matter of time before a player paggeres a visiter and does some damadge to their eyes.
