Those nissan huts look tempting.... glad Shaun has taken to a mil-sim-ish mode for this site. The nooby blat-everything-in-sight at Loxley was v. poor.
heh, I've known about them trying for this site for a few days, but been sworn to secrecy. One thing to be aware of is that Sean (Shaun? - however you bloody spell it!) has been chatting to one of his marshals about doing a WW2 day. Personally, I don't like the bloke, I think he's a gobshite.

Hes allright, im not mad on the way he runs games but that wouldnt be an issue would it.
We never used to see eye to eye at all but that in the past now as far as im concerned.
Either way as long as sean had no input in the game, scenarios or marshalling it i'd be happy.
he has a habit of changing scneaeios midway thorugh to let the side he wants to win win....

This so"hasn't" been a secret for years , I was told about it back in January , just after the pair of them split up . If he wants to do a WWII day himself , good ! : I can't see him having the time ot plan an event like wot we have , plus where's the Falklands do we've all be waiting for 
It'll be good or crap- either way it'll suit us . If good more converts ot us , if crap just shows how good we are ! Win- win :lol
I'm more than guilty in the past of knocking Sean, having got bored with the whole LFU way of doing things, the site, the games and the players. To be fair ot the bloke, SYA is now his main source of income and he needs the hire guns and the spray and pray heros to turn up in their hoards to keep him afloat.
I reckon see how he goes and maybe consider seeing if he would host an event in the same manner as we have with other sites later on in the year . It would be foolish to ignore him altogether ,& his gaming style need not be ours , also bringing 80 -90 players should give us some clout on top of Richs "special relationship" with him
I'm not in theory against i, i'd just liek toi to be the same deal we've had with the previous two sites.

Yeah well I've known Shaun since I started airsofting... we get on well.
We'll see what happens... I'll have to have a chat with him. I want to get to the site first though!
BTW... Shaun (eznugud) Philips runs SYA. Sean (Boomer) Wilson runs Lightfighter. Lightfighter own ALL the hire guns, so really Shaun doesn't care a toss about that. He just want green fees in.
And yes I honestly don't think he really wants to run Loxley the way he's having to. He definately prefers milsim/filmsim games.
