I think we can possible open up 2-3 more places on either side if we need to.

I think the game will loose something if the numbers creep up - from what I have seen lower numbers will make a more tense game. That site would be awesome with 10-a-side!

Perhaps we just leave it - drop outs/defections might resolve the issue anyway.

Or just have the official list as-is 20-a-side, the unofficial list is 22-a-side and the Germans have no more unofficial places left!

I reckon a complication of people booking at the same time will be an adequate explanation and I'd be happy to take a less active role if numbers were too high.

That would give us 48 people including us, right? Andy said that 60 people would be a maximum and we reckoned 50 absolute tops. I don't see it being a problem really.

Sounds good to me. There will be one "extra" on the Jerry side anyway - Snyper, and I believe that Gadge will be bringing one extra on the Allied side anyway.

I make that, what, 42 "booked in", 6 organisers, and 2 "extras"?. Total of 50.

I decided it was best to leave her "in" as such. She's going to get lit up big time, which will put her off playing. I'd far prefer it that she decides not to come to events as a "player" of her own accord, rather than CiA being seen to push her out.
