[Sticky] Jobs need doing on the day - schedule of events

Schedule for Saturday PM.

I, and I assume you guys, will want to get the kit rigged up as quickly as possible. To this end, i'm going to suggest a deployment system, and not to do it piecemeal.

I will create some posters that point out that NO players are allowed into the game area on saturday. The first time they will see it will be when it all kicks off. I'm sure we all want to keep the element of surprise for them!

Job 1:

Group all the kit for the different objectives separately inside the entrance tunnel of UCAP. Each pile is going to a different objective. Leave one pile for use "on the day" (Lab coats, medical bags etc etc)

Job 2:

We'll divvy up the piles on the day. Some will be quick to set up, some not so. Thats just the way it goes!

Job 3:

Field telephones putting in (need 2 people for this job. Me and one other)

Job 4:

Signage

I'll create some annotated small-scale maps so we can all do this.

Gents, the quicker we get this done, the quicker we can chill out, relax and have a few beers

UCAP does not operate insurance disclaimer forms so one less thing ot worry about .

I've got the stuff I'm bringing thats going to be used in the game area in my ammo tins...

Should be good to go for this.
