As you may have read in the open section for the 900 days we are issuing identity papers to all our players. We would like you, and of course this is completely voluntary, to add definition to them by maybe filling them out adding photos, letters to and from home that kind of thing. So if the German players do manage to search anybody for intel they will get confused about some things that carry no weight at all and even may hold some counter intel measures.
We the organisers will also be randomly giving out bits and pieces that will need to be added and these are in game items and may or may not contain any useful bits.
Please see below a copy of the cards we will issue against a repro card that we have based it on. Also shown is a picture of a letter sent between front and home so you can see the way they were folded etc.
Obviously all sections of the card are in Russian so if anyone out there can help with the filling out of these cards then that would be greatly appreciated, please post any guidance here for everyone to see.

Here is the information that will be detailed on the ID cards. If you want to fill them in yourself then no problem I will be carrying some around with me at events before ours. If you want to give me information I will fill them and put stamp etc. on them as well but info will need to be PM'd to me well in advance as don't want to be snowed under doing documents when organizing needs to take precedence, Obviously you can fill these for yourself our be making up a persona for this event and future ones too:
1. Second name
2. First name and patronymic name
3. Rank and position
4. Base(unit) or institution name
5. Unit name (battalion, company)
6. Number of personal badge
Personal signature of a card's owner
Company commander
(Place for stamp)
I. General information
1. Number of military-registration speciality
2. Literacy and general education (if you have finished technical school, worker's faculty (rabfak) or college/university, state its name)
3. Ethnicity
4. Year of birth
5. Year of conscription (also state if its a normal or preschedule conscription)
