This event is now on the AFRA website for AFRA members to create their own risk assessments, a requirement to be covered by AFRA insurance.

What needs to happen? Does everyone need to fill in a form or is it one for the event?

An organiser can apply to AFRA for permission to set up a group where members can be added. An organiser admin can then complete one RA for all (this is how I used to do it for CiA).

Or each individual can complete their own.

Edit: You will need to know which of your players has valid AFRA membership - I used to find that, for various reasons, some members were never on the choosable list (usually because they hadn't renewed or renewed improperly or a 'flag' hadn't been set by AFRA admin).

Edit 2: I'm still an admin for the airsofting group so I could do these RA's as a batch if I know who on the player list has valid AFRA membership.
