Did anybody come across a green demo bag with some VSR mags a vitalite box and some dressings in it, I think I may have left it in the room we watched the movie in.
Cheers guys.

Awesome photos And an awesome days play !
My thanks to everyone who came and made it the day it was.
The standard of both uniforms and game play was excellent , the sight of the mass of fieldgrey attacking the gun positions was some of the most immersing yet.
And a big thanks to Josh for the use of his kit ,big shame you couldn't be there.
Yes fantastic photos Rute, you're definately welcome back. I must say once again to all the Germans, with you all in feldgrau (well nearly) you looked the best out of any of the photos that I have seen at previous events.
Feldgrau ist das neue Schwartz
My photos are rather inadequate compared to what has already been put up, but here are a few of the better ones. Soviet HQ and a couple of 2 section relaxing.

Finally have got time to put up a decent post!
Really fantastic to read all of the excellent feedback, makes all the effort we put in more than worth while. As for all the amazing pictures... just wow! Big thanks to Rute for being a trooper and suffering the cold in order to get some brilliant shots
Thanks to UCAP for being our hosts, to Andy, Matt, Neil, and the rest of the marshalls for looking after us so well. A huge thanks to Josh for the loan of his kit and props and for supporting us above and beyond dispite being proper ill.
Also big thanks to Gordon & Luc for the superb signs and Pioneer props, and thanks to Ian for his help with the setup on Friday.
Finally thanks to all the players, the standards of kit on both sides was truely superb, who'd have thought we could get 30 players, all in Heer field grey and all with Stahlhelms and not a cammo smock in sight! The Russians also looked fantastic and it was really great to see a good turnout of Naval infantry, you guy's looked the nuts and it just wouldn't have been a proper Sevastopol without you!
Game play and conduct was superb all day and from my POV as the German commander, The squads all worked fantasically and followed orders superbly. The sturmpioniere were the epitomy of german efficiency, I was shocked at how quickly the minefields were cleared and you were always right there champing at the bit to complete the demolitions the second the infantry had cleared the way! The mortar crews also performed superbly with some fantasticly accurate shooting (as too did the Russian mortar crews).
Hats off to all the russians, you certainly gave us a hard time all day and were always swift in the counter attack and re-took positions a number of times. Without our mortar support I don't think we would have ever taken the Powerstation and Fighting around the dockyard was also particularly tough! In the end, out off grenades and virtually out of ammo we had to call in the artillery to crush the final Bolshevik resistance!
Highlights for me; My tactical plan on our final assault on the turret, of fooling the russians in to thinking we were putting in a heavy attack on the left flank and then switching the bulk of the force to the right flank at the last second, actually working!
. And all day just standing back and watch the mass of feldgrau surging forward as one or two large coherent units! just a brilliant sight!
Thank you again to one and all!
“I wanted to come to the Volga at a specific location at a specific city. By chance it carries the name of Stalin himself. So don’t think I marched there for this reason – it could carry another name – but because there is a very important goal... this goal I wanted to take – and you know – we are very modest, we have it already."
Adolf Hitler, November 1942
"Comrades, Red Army men, commanders and political workers, men and women guerrillas! It is on your perseverance, staunchness, fighting skill and readiness to discharge your duty to the country that the defeat of the German-fascist army and the liberation of the Soviet land from the Hitlerite invaders depend! We can and must clear the Soviet land of Hitlerite vermin."
Joseph Stalin, November 1942
Excellant write up Richtofen

Thirded! The level of effort that everyone (though especially the organisers) put in made it such an immersive day.
A bit late I know, but they were on film, and I was busy.
