[Sticky] Start / end times, and who's sleeping over?

Please be onsite by 0900 Saturday at the very latest. Briefing will be at 0930 sharp, and will be short and to the point. Immediately after that, you will be moving out to your positions. You will need to take all you need for the day, including food and water. Your various sections will be pulled out of the front line in order to allow you to make yourself food and a cuppa. Combat will continue until the light fades. [edit] And then under floodlights - probably until 5pm. Bearing this in mind, please state if you will or won't be sleeping over Friday and / or Saturday night. The only limit on our numbers is the availability of sleeping space indoors. Non-posting of this info will lead us to assume you are not staying over.

I think I had booked for the Friday night and possible Saturday night.

Still staying Friday night please, but can't now stay over Saturday night
