A couple of the LARP-safe melee weapons we will be issuing to players on both side at the Rattenkrieg event for the inevitable close quarter fighting or stealth attacks from the darkness 
These are made completely from lightweight soft foam with a rigid but flexible core so you can stuff them into your belt and they wont fold in half.
We will be mass-producing these so there should be enough for most players but if anyone can bring or make their own that would be great 
I know there are a couple of Militia players who are making their own large shovels to batter the German invaders

trying to sort out transport, wifes shift patterns, also time off work if im in that weekend and not running my two sites is going to be very difficult.
but if i can make it , i will, as i told andy , i probably wont know untill the week before

I was planning on bringing my Larp throwing Hatchets and a wrench, (that's a 2 and half foot larp safe pipe wrench, have it left over from from a steampunk/space 1889 game)
