Once again I have found myself practising a comedy Welsh accent in the bath.

Annoyingly one of the phrases that consistently escapes me is 'cup of tea'... how am I going to cope?

Start low at the start of a sentence and go higher towards the end.

Its a tricky one as you can sound pakistani if you're not careful but my family and sians family are both half welsh so i'm very used to the accent.

I always ending up sounding Pakistani or like Tom Jones.

Just slip in a few references to 'valleys' and you'll sorted:)

I found missing the 'of tea' off makes it easier.

Welsh is my junction between Pakistani, Billy Connoly and Tom Paulin from newsnight late review - it could go any way.

Hi folks, just another little reminder to register your interest, pay your deposit or books in full.

Number are low for this and we need more Brits to make this a viable event.

I know some people are sceptical about the nature of this event and it being less 'shooty', but I'd strongly encourage you all to give it a go. I can personally attest for how great it is to get through an event like this having traversed the site and fired fewer shots that you're used to. Events like this will hone your skills as an airsofter in general and will make you a better player at the more shooty events that you attend in the future. That feeling of being feet away from the enemy and trying to outmanoeuvre them using your head is as intense, if not more, as emptying a mag at someone behind a tree 50m away.

There's a number of newer players too who might not know what CiA events are like, or how we run things. We have a good pedigree and know what we're doing, we started this party! I'd encourage many of you who haven't been to a CiA game to give it a shot.

The long and short of it is, if we don't get enough people to run this event, there will no longer be any CiA events at all, and that will be a shame I think.

"Its a tricky one as you can sound pakistani"

in the army i met a welshman in a pitch black fort (tregantle fort on the south coast) and i thought he was pakistani

next day when the sun came up i thought the pakistani bloke had gone A.W.O.L
