I'd just suggest taking a look at the usual suspects: Militaria-net, Underwood, SoF, Epic. Some might have a minimum order amount, not sure. Ebay might have them also.

Are Morigi's or Militaria.net insignia that much better..
We are only talking £3.00 extra postage if they don't come from the same manufacturer .. At the end of the day It's only a few quid..
I would however like to go for the best I can afford.. So are Morigi's that much better..

Are they much better? Probably not. There are only a very few makers of such insignia. Lots and lots of sellers but only a few makers.
Many sellers sell the same items. Who sells what is another question.
Have a look at some originals on Wehrmacht Awards or the collectors guild and compare those to the repros. Details of the head wings and tail will point you to which looks best to you.

Morigi's do look much sharper, but then again he has the clearest of all the pictures around on his web site..
