Records show a large amount of both minefields and booby traps in the battle for S.M.O. so this game wont be any different, German forces will have laid large minefields (which i hope are not frozen 
) and will be setting up some booby traps 
So we hope to have both our USA sweepers in action hunting for a varity of mines (and maybe some it cant detect ) more info to follow...
Booby traps can be disarmed (carefully) more info to follow
But beware of Karma as we found out in a recent Grenada game we disarmed a Cuban made booby trap and took the pee grenade used for it, then when we (and when i say we i mean Tin 
) used against the enemy it bounced back and killed 3 of us 
(i know you are thinking that does not sound like us at all )

The Americans have the numbers to sustain a few dozen mishaps, best leave the minefields to them
I've fired a bullet on every continent. Nearly hit someone, too.
We could always drag toby along and use him as a human mine sweeper.
Or crawl through the minefeilds using pig-stickers to find the mines
