I asked as this is the answer i got
" We are sorry to hear you have to suffer Ginger players, but it is booked already to be warm, in fact I have told them to make it extra jungle hot now, that may flush out those gingers ... that way you may not have to worry about them again, yours customer services weather booking.com "
