This event is being held on Sunday 2nd March 2008.

Cost is £30

Is is being held at the Gunman site based on the old RAF Tuddenham aerodrome in Suffolk.

Directions:
You will need to get on the A14 to Bury St Edmunds from Cambridge. Go past the A11 turning to Thetford and continue until you see the turning for Tuddenham and Cavenham. At the top of this slip road turn left.
Follow the road straight on all the way to Tuddenham, then turn Right at the folk towards Cavenham. The site will be sign posted along this road. When you arrive, please park you car and make your way to the G.O.d area, which will also be sign posted.

If coming from Norwich, follow the A11 all the way past Thetford and keep following, when you get to the Barton Mills roundabout go straight across, there will be a Burger King on the left hand side and a garage, it's the first turning on the left after these (approx 100m) follow this road down into Tuddenham then as you leave the village you will head out on a road with fields on the right and trees on the left, the entrance to the site is the second dirt track on the right. there will be a sign post by the road.

Camping and the inevitable social evening will be on from 5pm on the Saturday.

To give some idea of distance - I did the journey from Derby to site in two hours. M1 to J19 then A14 to site, easy-peasy!

There are takeaways, supermarkets and fast food in nearby villages/towns for Saturday evening nosh, otherwise cook up your own nosh
(Mildenhall is a few miles away with plenty of take aways and what not, there's Tesco a few miles away in both directions and a Burger King at Newmarket)
There is a pub in the village.
We will have a go at organising bacon cobs for breakfast - not yet confirmed

There is a Portaloo on site.

The main barn will be heated in the evening, the barn is lit under generator power so fast battery charging is OK (meh, you should come ready charged!)

We will have some water on site but please bring your own 5l bottle of cheapo supermarket water.

There is room in the barn for chap to sleep but it won't hold everyone - please bring a tent if you can.

Please don't arrive on site before 4pm on Saturday. Those coming on Sunday are asked to arrive at 9am or before.

The shop will have BB's and pyros for sale as well as gun hire (K98, MP40, M14)

Just as a side note, there are two towns called Tuddenham in the area. Make sure you make your way to the Tuddenham near Mildenhall and Cavenham, NOT the Tuddenham near Ipswich!
