1: Pioneer squad reforming ? ? ? ( though upto your commander not me lol )
2: Generic (would prefer this to stay that way for folks that don't have the kit to change to a specific one)
3: is a group from stoke way and will be SS i think

I've booked on for the generic zug. How generic is generic 
I plan doing a Hermann Goring Div Jaeger - wool fliegerbluse, LW tropical trousers and planetree helmet cover. I think the impression would work within the timeframe of the event, and it gives me an excuse to wear the fliegerbluse that's been gathering dust in my wardrobe for the last two years. Will that be acceptable, or will I stick out like the proverbial ?

Well, depending on the weather,, it may be captured KD trousers and field Grau jacket,, all depends if I can get a summer wear together before August.

Zug 1 GJ question, what is everyone wearing uniform wise for the event to keep us all as a cohesive unit?

I believe most of us will be in feild greys with putees, Bergmütze, green litzen, Edelweiss badge on arm. There may be the odd windjacke and anorak which will be good as a mixture of kit is a good look for Gebirgs, as its the putees and bergmütze that give the iconic look. Some will also have coils of rope etc to add to the look
Cool, just checking, I've got field greys, hat, webbing with mp40, putties and associated badges and shoulder boards, just need to source brown boots now, just going to go for brown leather hiking boots, think I may have some rope in the shed.

No need to get to hung up on footwear, any form of low boot/walking boot covered at the top by putees will be fine
I was going to wear my tropicals and Bergmutze. Will I be shunned?
