You mentioned a social on Saturday night, are we OK to camp on Friday night before the game? It is a long way to come down first thing on Saturday for me.

Cheers

Yes your mate can come as long as you have the right kit and weapons and buy into our ethos of playing (See accompanying threads)

To use Paypal log in to your account then look for Pay or Send Money at the top of the screen.
Click Send Money to Family or Friends
paste thefourturners@btinternet.com into the box
Please send money paying the fees.
Thanks

If you don`t have a Paypal account contact me

Any other problems drop me a line
Gordon

Excellent, thanks. I usually drive down to Eversley on Friday afternoon, hopefully it won't be pitch black when I turn up this time!

Cheers

I'll get it in the right thread this time. :D

Couple of questions...is the camping included in the fee and if not how much is it? Are fires allowed (with the cooking of POWs)? :D

Camping is free

I will have to check on the fires thing we with the site owner, I know they have had them in the past.

We will be having BBq on gas grill would be nice for a real fire though.

Get back on that

Cheers Hanschen. :) Just checked with my wife on the dates, nothing is booked for that weekend but then it suddenly occurred to me to clear my son's age with you. He's 14, is that ok? He's Hitler Jugend. Lol. Has the right gear, though I had to remove his tabs and cuff-title due to the staff at our regular site having kittens over it. :D

Ah damnit, forget it. Just read the thread where it says Ppshs are not allowed. Just spent a fortune on all our gear and can't justify another bunch for one event. :(

Siggi you could ask to borrow a spare gun ,people will often lend out a gun on the you bend it you mend it basis .

armoury
m1a1 Thompson,sten mk2,mp40,stg44,sterling,mk2 bren gun,lee Enfield no4 mk1,Mauser Kar98, Walther ppk,smith and Weston m10 and Mauser m712
Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......
a problem shared is a problem halved ,but an advantage shared is no advantage at all
if a job's not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well

Thanks Dadio but I tried that once and couldn't enjoy it. Gun was unfamiliar, pretty crap (lol) and I was too worried about breaking it. The main reason I bought me and my boy full-steel was so we could go full mental in the throwing ourselves around dept. He was borrowing my Thompson until I got him the Ppsh and said how worried he was about breaking that (bless his heart).

Welcome to the forum, I assume that you are looking at UK/Commonwealth kit? Read this post on getting started: http://www.ww2airsoft.org.uk/the-beginn ... -brit-kit/

Best tips - keep it basic and generic, dont start by buying fancy luxuries that you'll probably rarely need! Focus on helmet, webbing and battledress and then work up from there. :good:

That is extremely helpful thank you very much.

Once I can be sure that I'll have my kit sorted for the date I'll book up :good:

No probs as said generic is the way to go get the nice bits later.

Ask in the lending Borrowing thread for bits that you are short we are all really nice people. Better to ask and get to an event rather than sitting there where people have kit to lend on the shefl :(

As it stands the Allied places shown will be capped.

I have a question regarding ammo limits.
Are we using "real-cap" rules, i.e. mags loaded with 32 rounds for smg's, or can we use any mag loaded to the 200 limit?
