Will there be any requirement for period tents or can I bring my huge, vulgar, blue nylon jobbie cows seem to love? Also will there be ammo and the like available on site? Oh, and is it a "find a bush to squat behind" affair? (I'm referring to toilet facilities before some sharp witted member makes comment)! Thanks!

Sorry, but most of this has already been answered:

A random question about the camping, if I may. Are we using military only tents in the field like Jedburgh or is there a plastic camping area we come back to after the game? Also will there be camping available for the Friday night. Is there mains water and khazis or is it bring your own water and a spade to dig a hole?

The camp won't form any part of the scenario so I'd have thought plastic tents are OK, although a period looking camp looks fab and gets you into the zone. (In contrast, our to-be-announced July game will be period looking tentage, as that will be in-game.)

We are negotiating for camping Friday night but TBC at the moment.

This isn't an airsoft site, its a farm and farmland in a rural location so there won't be toilet facilities but we will see if we can find a potable water supply. Until that is confirmed I'd work on the assumption that like most events, a 5 litre water bottle should be added to your kit list.

To be fair, if he's posting from a mobile device the interface is awful, so he might not have spotted that.

Sorry if I duplicated a thread/question! Headshot is right in as much as my interface only shows the most recent posting. If I want to view older ones I need to open them individually! Once again, sorry!

Any details yet on what the ammo/ammo carrying/resupply limits are likely to be? Just trying to work out how many magazines, pyros and BBs to plan on bringing. From the discussions so far, presumably not many.

Cheers

Germans start the event carrying 600 rounds either loose or in mags. MG may carry 2000 rounds . This is their entire allowance for the event. They may reload at any time but once they have run out their only re-supply will be from comrades or if they locate and retrieve a drop cylinder containing 300 extra rounds for every man. They may carry as many pyro and smoke as they can carry.

The British home guard start will 100 rounds, regular army with 300. Once the alarm is raised, they may both revert to 300 rounds per life. MG may carry 2000 rounds .
