Hey guys been trying on my stuff recently, trying to get a feel for it, ahead of this wkends local skirmish and i was wondering is there a correct way to flare your jump trousers over your boots?

When i do it they seem to crease up.

I tuck the very end of my trousers just inside the top of my corcorans, then balloon it out, makes like a muffin top over the top of your boots!

Cool. I think i need some longer laces aswell. They are corcorans but i dont think they are the original laces.

Can anyone recommend some?

I find the leather laces really bad, i like having my boots really tight, and i cant seem to do them tightly enough with them... I have just put some super long brown nylon laces through mine, work a treat.

So what exactly does an elastic band/trouser twist do, and where does it sit. Surely if you just put it around ur leg the fabric will just move against you leg and work there way out anyway.

Prolly sounds like a really dumb question but its friday and its been a long week

I don't personally use them so wouldnt be able to comment. tucking them an inch inside my boots usually does the trick :)

Just tuck them into your boots......

Why are you bothered about creases.

FYI qualified Airborne troops were allowed to blouse their class A trousers too.

your trousers will work out of your boots,,,, for some reason they dont work out of trousers twists, never happened to me once in seven years of wearing hi-leg and assult boots.
