Epic sell mostly Sturm made kit. The sizing is fine.
Webbing, tan OD3 webbing was used throughout the war period. By d-day the first quantities of 'transitional', mix of OD3 and OD7 in one item, show up.
You don't see much OD7 stuff until the back end of 44 and into 45. There was some around in June, folding shovel covers for some reason but its very rare and usualy airborne have them. Even by the end of 44 it's not all that common, odd bits here and there to replace lost or damaged items. Not until almost the wars end do you see full sets of green kit and those are often mixed with in the unit with OD3.
So it isn't that OD7 wasn't used, more that OD3 gives you more flexibility.
