I normally wear an OD vest and my wool shirt underneath my M41. I'd be picky depending on the game and the expected weather, possibly just the vest underneath.
If it's cold then my enlisted man's shirt and sometimes tie, if it's warm then just a t-shirt.

I got a reproduction of the Tankers at "Fort Knox" T-shirt lying about somewhere.
I normally wear a wife-beater (sleeveless summer shirt) and the wool shirt under my jackets. Depending on the weather I can wear a 5-button V-neck sweater underneath, but as said, it gets rather hot when you're active.
I don't wear the tie very often. Sometimes for commemorations. sometimes with my Class A uniform.
