what i would like to know how do you know what to bring besides your own kit
like tents, sleeping bags and other stuff.
are these provided or do you bring your own(if i have to bring my own it wont be a problem)
i also found i will need a bigger bag as the kit i got wont fit plus theres no way it will fit on the
bk of my bike

nothings provided except water generally.

normally i'll bring something like
1 tent
1 sleeping bag
1 stove
enough food for all meals plus some snacks.
water
booze for the social bit.
cutlery
cooking pot
plates
cups
bin bags
bog roll
change of clothes x 2

and so on. its pretty self explanitory what to bring most of the time. when I started out doing this I had tons of stuff and i've streamlined more every game I go to. now I've got a managable lot of kit bould wouldnt like to try and fit it on a bike.

to be honest it varies from game to game. the last one(bryansk) and the next two(haggard/husky) require more brought as they are a full weekends play. where as previous games like the eagle has landed and wotan required less kit as they were a 1 day game.

you can get by with less than what I have. forgoe the stove for a little hexi burner. just take a fork to eat with and eat right out what ever you cook in and so on. the tent barely takes any room. you get the general idea

Food: 24-hour dry rations are great (small box), though if you prefer a hot meal too try getting a few MREs.

The guys on this forum are great for lifts if you can swing one, either from a station or via a town.

Unfortunately I'm not able to offer a lift as I won't be in Brum!
