Oh hark at you and your "the" I've dealt with keith as well albeit last year now, also had no probs (think turn around was days not weeks) but I guess its like spearhead and hit and miss.

Did you not get a tracking number for your order ? I had one for mine and could watch where it was to it arriving on my doorstep

Well, I see it, that some of you buyed from him, thats why I thought it is better to inform you, I got no tracking number at all, and also Oscha the same. I dont know why or what happends. I hope you both are right and all will be a mussunderstanding, but I post here all the mails I got sonce last year from him, like, it is send yesetrday, here is snow, I am sick, my brother had a carcrash etc, so I hope thta the stuff will arrived, thanks you, for your experiences...!!!!!!!

Yes, same problem here, Keith as of late is a total waste of time, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but he has been messing me about, I placed an order on 30th Dec, after 16 days nothing (even though he left me feedback right away) he said he had posted the order & wait a few more days, nothing, he then says he will send me replacements, norhing, I contact him & he then says he was waiting a re stock & it would be posted, now 50 days & nothing, hes been unable to provide me with tracking numbers which he normaly does, so I think hes just taken my money, buyer beware, this is also his website:

I've ordered a fair bit from him over the past year and while everything has turned up as ordered, he does seem to be rather haphazzard in terms of organisation, and worse of late.

Unless there is a very good reason not to I have resolved to buy from UK suppliers only from now on!

Over the last 3 years I have had a faur bit of kit off him, he even sends you a tracking number for a pouch & small items, this time hes been taking the Mickey,

you may think i am being biased joining this thread, but i was a customer of Keiths aswell and for me personaly he has always being a nightmare to deal with but i was ordering quantity so maybe different with public buyers just buying single items. I used to stock keiths stuff but stopped this year because he still owes me kit from last summer £500+, stopped answering emails since Jan 08. . I wouldnt say he is dishonest just doesnt seem to know what he doing, he does it in his spare time, he is actually a college lecturer so maybe just too busy.

Thats the same with me, I ordered a lot from him, I could post here his mail from last week, he told me, that he would like to send me the basic things but not the small stuff I have ordered, because it is to much for him, I am not the person who want any trouble at all, but I asked him a few times very kindly, please, tell me only what happends or give me a trackingnumber, dont want to stress him at all. But the fact is, I collect the money from my fellows for the orders, so the guys stressing me, "when does it come, when does it come".... at thats normal. You my friend, from "Das Reich" stuff, you have "sister" in this things in my dutch fellow, the company Normandy in Scale in netherland buyed allways from Keith, but now he have more then 1500 Euro open , bad situation, thats why I start this thread here. I send Nelz few days ago some DVDs from our Reenactments here, I think he have seen, that my unit is dressed well, we can go as SS-VT untill the last fights in Berlin with the proper equipment, but there are always things you miss or you want to replaced, so thats why I think we all search for the best prices or best stuff we can get. I am personaly not a small person, I like good whisky and good steaks at all, so I have near to my home a company, that may some of you know, Michael Janke Tayloring Company, he is producing since 1916 for the german armies, he makes the uniforms here in germany by hand, all visorcaps, all kind of uniform to your measurements, with the correct stamps, original buttons etc, all stamps like the old producers, nearly perfect. If you will see a Jumpsmock from him, it is with RiRi Zipps, Blasbuttons etc, you vant imagine. He also is the person who made the uniforms for "Der Untergang" or other movies like DAS Boot... very impressive. We support with our unit also the movieproductions when he is involved, so sometimes very good for us. I will try to add about it some pics now.

Never used any supplier with China or Hong Kong,..in the name, ........ weather nick name or actual,... I tend to stick with Vendors , here in Blighty or USA... You pay a little more,... but an extra £20 is nothing,...compared to chasing gear with email upon email.
...but I hope you Guy's ,get the problems you are experiencing resolved soon.

The internet is a powerfull tool, if everyone gets their kit Keith will re gain his reputation, if he plays the bad guy I think we need to let everyone know..........

Yeah Keith is very special, i ordered some items from him, after a delay of nearly two month it got most of the item. But now i'm still waiting for a M40 tunic and he says the tunic is sent with the other items.......

Mmmhhhh, Keith just send me a few e-mails, he gave me a trackingnumber and told me, this number will work from monday. He asked me, for a fresh restart with him

upto you what you do but at least he's attempting to sort it, I had a right ol hoooo har with an english dealer that drove me near distraction in the end all for a ruddy field cap

I`am not the person who wants stress at all, I was only very angree, I mean it can happends one, may a second time, but not ALL times. The first 2-3 small things I buyed, arrived, then I made a bigger order, nothing, like I wrote before in this thread. But@Helga, you are right, we had same problem with a well known german Dealer, he makes the same a year ago, only for a 8EURO award paper I buyed from him.... was near to take my STGW44 and visit his shop personaly , I will now wait what is Keith doing, I wrote him clearly, I doent want any stress, only when I pay, just a info, even when it takes longer, thats all. GUYS, I will be now on a tripp for a few day, so replys can take a few hours longer then normal!!!!!

Although I have had some items of Keith my order from 29th December has not been fulfilled, Keith has not either provided me with any tracking numbers, he's either plain stupid or a con man, simple as that, Buyer Beware, I have contacted him about 10 time & you get excuses like:

I have opened a dispute with him through paypal, he insists that he's sent me a tracking number "same old story" I have asked for a copy of the E-MAIL that he sent me and I'm still waiting for a reply.......after 2 days......Ive had enough of this bloke.

Why gave you Hong Kong back to the communists????? It would be much more easy to give him a punch thrue the police if HK would be still yours...... (I need no explaining why you did, I know the contract 99years etc., it just came up in my mind!) I am again waiting for the trackingnumber, I wrote a week ago that he answered.......
