By the way... they should have to... you wrote the text so you have copyright... and we all know that copyright DOES exist on the internet...
If they refuse then you can threaten to sue... since the forum is I believe hosted in the US (it is I just did a tracert to it) then threat of litigation should have them concerned.

I've just be talking to Gucci and he asked me to talk to Fluffy in person, well by phone actually.
I have agreed and have pm'ed fluffy to have a chat about the filter... (I don't care about the forum itself).
