You can still buy the cases if you wish to load your own.

I've only seen the one review - as far as I know none have had their sweaty hands on them in the UK, yet.

Buy them first & check them out, I just got a new AKS74U, it said on the box 370 fps, it was only doing 305fps, normaly though I find the cheapsoft AKs to be near the 350fps mark if not over, as the STG44 has a version 3 box ( so I hear ) & a similar barrel length to a AK I would say fit a systema M100 / PDI 140% or similar to give you 330fps to 340fps with 0.2g BBs, or if your on a budget cut a few coils off the spring

Looks pretty good to me although I hope the wood stock is better than the plastic one. I think I'll ask to have mine chronoed before its posted too as it looks like we'll all be needing new springs.

Action hobbys have had to close due to an unexpected shipment ! Could this be the MP44 delivery some of us are waiting for I wonder ?

I can assure you that there are no mp44s at AH and doubt if anyone is getting any.

Just had confirmation from China that Due to the country celebrating 60 years of communism there has been mass seizures across the country of airsoft kit. AGM has paid their fine/bribe so DONT PANIC!! but the rifles are still being finished and boxed, so we may have a bit more of a wait.

Action Hobbies has paid for his but as Chommers has said China guns are not being allowed out, there is talk of them being held up for a longer wait than most would like.

None of the above suppliers had any warning of what was going on until today

I understand that, Taffy, but as I type both AW and AH are still advertising their MP44s as arriving at the end of February. AH state on their website that they will notify of any delays. Neither appear to be letting anyone know about these delays, though I'm sure that they will be completely aware of any. If they are deliberately not letting buyers know that there is going to be a lengthy delay, and are still advertising these pre-orders, they are not being very fair, and I reckon that knowingly advertising something when you know it to be false is fraud of some kind.
