Help.

As usual I've just got a new bit of kit and can't work out how it goes on. Why they made things this complicated I don't know.

I have one Carbine sling from SoF.

It has a popper at one end which I assume attaches through the sling loop at the muzzle end. No problem so far.

Unfortunately, the other end has no buckle or anything. Do I just thread it through the stock and tie it in a bow or something?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers guys, I thought I was missing a bit out of the stock and didn't realise why SoF sold them with oil bottles.

I've now got passed Step 2.

But surely I still need some kind of buckle to secure it after it's been looped through like in the picture above?

Barrie,
The sling should be folded back on itself for a couple of inches to form a loop for the oil bottle to fit snugly in, also the loop is secured with a press stud fastener rather than a buckle. If you wish I can photograph mine for you and post the pics. I will have to do it tomorrow though as I am going to bed now. ( earl start tomorrow)>.
Let me know if you need the photos.
Regards, Pete.

Mine looks like this -

and E-company's picture above,

but without the buckle to secure the loop.

Will have to get back to SoF and tell them to send me a buckle. Thanks for the help everyone.
