I plan to mill a block of aluminum into a enfield receiver and fit the vsr 10 bolt,trigger and hopup inside.

if you're milling stuff out, i wouldn't rely on anyone elses measurements!
it's very easy to over cut, and really difficult to put all those shavings back if you go too far. 
Short answer, i'd wait on getting the VSR10 and get exact measurements yourself.
