Can anyone tell me the size of the two screws holding the barrel / foregrip to the main body (underneath the main receiver, in front of the mag well)?
Both of mine dropped out somehow and I'm desparately trying to track down some spares ![]()

Sorry to hijack the thread, but on a similar theme I need to know the size of the grub screw that goes in the top of the barrel and the 2 screws that hold the hop unit to the receiver.
Cheers,

The TM specs say:
M4x16 Flat-Countersunk-Philips (Black Japan'd or painted black) for the barrel fixings .
M4x13 Flat-Countersunk-Philips (Black Japan'd or painted black) for the fore-grip sling mounts and the rear sling mounts.
Measurements from my Cyma clone are:
M4x6 Flat-Countersunk-Philips (Black Japan'd or painted black) for the barrel fixings and fore-grip sling mounts.
M4x9 Flat-Countersunk-Philips (Black Japan'd or painted black) for the rear sling mounts.
I shall double-check these at work tomorrow morning

Cheers guys - the sling mounts fit the barrel as well so as I'm fitting a 1928 kit, I'm sorted.
Anyone know where I can buy a few spares though?

Where are you located? Any B&Q will have M4 screws, just might be not in the exact style or length required. Mackays in Cambridge will more than likely have a perfect match!

Yep, have checked with the tread guides (and spare screws) at work. The threads are M4 for the sling mounts and barrel to receiver bracket. If anyone needs any spare, I've dug around and got a small selection of black M4 countersunk screws of various lengths (but with Pozi-Drive cross heads, rather than the Phillips cross). Just post here or PM me and I'll put a couple in an envelope in the post for you.
