I agree, i've never had anything but good service from them.

They acknowledged payment before Xmas.
I have two outstanding orders from before Xmas, both are UK based.
Orders from Asia and the USA all arrived in good time and continue to do so clearing customs and Parcelforce depots with impressive speed.
Great Britain, a service based economy without the service.

I spoke with them, very apologetic but they did mess up.
Took the payment but it never got shipped.
If I was cynical my position now would be that I wont get it, that there was an error in the stock counting and they were sold out when I ordered. Let us see?

They did shut down over christmas - I placed an order just too late to be posted before christmas, but it was shipped the first day back in January, and arrived the next day.
Also, when I contacted them to find out if it would be shipped during the "down week", they said no, and offered to cancel the order if I wanted to try elsewhere. It was a MOLLE threader that I ordered, so I didn't cancel.
I've never had any problems with them other than that.

On the stock front: If their order/stock level system is interactive, your order would have been deducted from the indicated levels, meaning they'd have one more on the shelf than their stock levels say there is, so it should be fine.

So you would think but Frank was quite open and said the stock counting does foul up from time to time.

They have not called back to say it wont be coming so I'm feeling better about the deal.
I shot some innocent cardboard box earlier and that helped.
Playing with a new repro zelt, finding all the faults and where they cut corners, also served to cheer me up.
Tea was really good so nothing to be grumpy about now.

had a simliar experiance with airsoft world myself, i ordered two seperate orders within two days, the later came first so when i rang the computer had managed to loose it. turned up within three days after i rang. so hopefully it will be arrive soon!
