look's nice , make a change from Garands for the GI's and it's a more elegant design , i always thought the Garand was a bit ungainly looking.

Yeah, still probably cheaper than what it'll be sold for once it gets over here considering how much the G&G K98k costs. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.
Dadio I get what you mean about the garand, it's a bit chunky looking/angular.
The Springfield, according to G&G themselves, is not out yet. They said "early/late spring" in a video interview from Shot Show 2014. I recon the one on Ebairsoft is preorder
or just a strange way of checking out the interest in this gun. Looks alot prettier in the videos from Shot Show though (that wood grain on the one Ebairsoft has looks weird)!

i reckon the stock on the one on ebairsoft looks very wide grained possibly a soft wood for pre production testing of the process of stock making ,you don't waist high quality wood until you have the process right, i could be wrong and the wood on their kar98k was a good quality so i wouldn't worry about it that much.
